Second weekend in October

Milltown Get Down is a two-day music festival happening the second weekend in October—in the heart of Downtown Elkin, NC. Formerly known as Reevestock, this beloved event carries forward the same mission: to bring great music to a great town and celebrate the community that shaped it. What began as a backyard gathering has grown into a high-energy weekend of live performances, local food and drink, artisan vendors, and small-town soul. The new name pays tribute to Elkin’s mill-town heritage, honoring its roots while creating more room to dance, connect, and get down right where the town beats loudest.
