The Elkin Municipal Pool is a seasonal outdoor swimming facility featuring a diving board, slide, lap swimming, and a shallow splash area for younger children. Typically, it is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. We offer youth swimming lessons, designated lap swim times, pool party rentals, and we are the home pool for the Elkin Wet Lightning Swim Team.
Elkin Park Playscape
Explore this 20-acre agritourism complex, featuring maze trails, hayrides, horse drawn wagon rides, and many more engaging activities. These serpentine paths connect in specific patterns to form a picture. Maze explorers can venture through a main trail that provides a total of 1.8 miles of walkways.
The festival grounds are open for families to view pumpkins and take fall photos with our fall decorations. Pumpkins are priced separately and you only pay for what you want to take home.
Come out to HDK Ranch where they host trail rides, birthday parties, and events. Also, check out their petting zoo where they have goats, lamb, ponies, and more! This is fun for the whole family!
