Get Ready to Get Down: Milltown Get Down 2026
Milltown Get Down is headed back to downtown Elkin on October 9-10, and we're getting closer to two full days of live music in the heart of town.
If you've already got your tickets, it's time to start making plans. If you haven't, consider this your sign. Here's what you need to know before you get down.
Two Days of Live Music
This year's lineup brings another great mix of artists to Elkin, with Shadowgrass, SUSTO, Vincent Neil Emerson, Ariel Posen, Seth Walker, Cordovas, Time Sawyer and plenty more taking the stage throughout the weekend.
With music happening across both Friday and Saturday, take a look at the schedule ahead of time and make note of the sets you don't want to miss. You might find a new favorite along the way, too.

Come Hungry
Good music calls for good food. Festival weekend will have plenty to eat and drink, and downtown Elkin's restaurants and bars will be right in the middle of the action.
Make some time between sets to grab a bite, get a drink and explore a little more of downtown while you're here.
Make a Weekend Out of It
Coming from out of town? Stick around! There's plenty to do around Elkin before the first set or the morning after a late night of music.
Grab breakfast downtown, visit one of our local wineries, take a walk along the Elkin & Alleghany Rail Trail or spend some time checking out the shops along Main Street. Festival weekend is a great excuse to see a little more of Elkin while you're here.
